We offer online telemedicine appointments, subscription based programs with health coaching and wellness courses, and a physical product line, all aimed to improve quality of life for women experiencing symptoms related to menopause.

About You:
You’re picky. About products, about design, about language, about quality software and user experience, but you know how to prioritize and what to let go of to move quickly, fail fast, and make improvements that significantly impact our user experience on a daily basis.
You want to be part of team that works together but gives you the autonomy to make things happen. You’re equally comfortable in person, as with working with remote teams.
Responsibilites:
- Acquire and then utilize user feedback with business strategy to detail product features. Turn that into well crafted user stories and requirements.
- Work with a cross functional team of strategy, marketing, content, design, development and testing.
- Utilize data to help drive decision making and be ready to jump into whatever research project needs being done. From google analytics to buy/build decisions, take ownership of understanding trends both internal and external to our business.
- Work closely with our UX/UI designer to iterate on wireframes and prototypes.
- Communicate, communicate, communicate. This role is a linch pin for getting things down, you should be adept at written, oral, multi-channel communication.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in product management / UX design / or related discipline
- Energy and passion for women’s health and technology
- Experience writing product requirements, communicating efficiently with a cross-functional team, A/B testing, optimization, feature prioritization
- Experience with Agile/scrum, Jira, Confluence, Github, Slack.
- Experience developing products in HIPAA compliant environments.
