Flo Health Inc. is looking for a talented and highly motivated Medical Director to help us ensure overall medical accuracy and compliance of Flo mobile application using the latest guidelines and scientific findings.

Every week we release 50+ medical articles translated into 10 languages. We also perform scientific research and create prediction algorithms (for example high accuracy cycle prediction algorithm, or an algorithm that helps highlight the potential risk of having PCOS). Every piece of content should be approved by both the in-house medical team (run by Medical Director) and the external medical board.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational direction in the area of medical affairs
  • Recruit, manage and develop a team of in-house medical advisors (6+), promote their professional development through self-directed and continuing education
  • Develop the company’s medical policies and standards
  • Participate in the company budget process related to medical affairs
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with key opinion leaders, medical associations and medical schools worldwide
  • Represent the company at scientific congresses, medical meetings, advisory boards, and industry networking events
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with members of Flo Medical board
Must have:
  • Medical degree
  • 10+ total years of experience in the medical sphere, including a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
  • Prior background as a Medical advisor at an international company
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong expertise in leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid project management and organizational skills with strong attention to details
  • Experience in conducting clinical research and strong ability to clearly and concisely communicate the results to various audiences
  • Fluent English
Bonus requirements:
  • World-class PhD
  • Working experience in Pharma or Medical companies in EU, UK, US or Israel
  • Сlinical practice with preference in OB-GYN, General medicine, Psychiatry, Pediatrics or Endocrinology
  • Good track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications in international medical journals
