We have pioneered the standard of care women deserve with a precision vaginal microbiome test and treat service that delivers quality care while powering up life-changing research. About the role
We’re seeking an ambitious Operations Associate who is eager to spearhead and orchestrate operations at Juno as we scale. You’ll collaborate across teams to create, streamline and execute processes encompassing our lab, office, physical and digital products, and work to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. This role is a ticket to high-growth adventure; you will learn on the job and take the reins to steer Juno’s day-to-day and future operations as we make historical strides forward for women’s health. We’re seeking a proactive individual who thrives on data, is adept at problem-solving, and possesses a strategic mindset.

Your mission:
- Forge dynamic relationships with partners and vendors to procure the essential goods that power Juno’s laboratory and product functions and execute seamless processes for delivery, inventory, packaging, and fulfillment.
- Ensure an unmatched customer experience, execute on customer support and cultivate our vibrant community. Your role is the cornerstone of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our product and marketing maestros to establish and refine customer feedback pipelines to drive continuous improvements to Juno’s services.
- Drive the launch of transformative new product offerings and support Juno’s coaching service
- Harness the power of data-driven insights to guide your decision-making and supercharge operational efficiency.
- Work directly with our CEO and finance gurus to shape our operating budgets, forecast like a pro and manage invoices.
- Empower scalability and play a pivotal role in documenting processes and crafting protocols that can be easily delegated as Juno scales its services. Your work will be the foundation of our expansion.
Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience working in an operations role.
- Proven track record of being proactive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and very strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with customers and to handle, assemble and fulfil orders
- Outstanding organizational, project management and investigative abilities
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Passionate about closing the gender health gap and making a meaningful impact.
Nice to have:
- Driver’s license and vehicle access
- Prior experience or an understanding of microbiology laboratories, vendors and ordering
- Prior experience with invoice management software, communication software such as Slack, shipping label software and customer experience management tools
