What Evernow is looking for:

A growth marketing leader with a dynamic range to lead growth and brand.  We are helping women with an incredibly underserved problem. You will be working on a new category—not another run of the mill ecommerce company.

You are a likely a good fit if:

  • You want to be hands on and execute. You will guide a team of full time, contractor, and agency resources.  You don’t shy away from being a player and a coach
  • You are comfortable leading and directing channel + holistic growth strategy
  • You have built or operated growth marketing systems that drive impeccable decision making around growth models, forecasting, budget allocation, and channel optimization via data and attribution
  • You have a dynamic range and can articulate the top business goals, why they matter, and tie them to growth metrics and goals.  Translate from the exec level to what needs to happens on the ground
  • Strong paid social, paid search, and SEO experience is required, ideally within the healthcare space or a similar regulated industry/audience
  • You demonstrate first principle thinking and are comfortable with iterative testing
  • You are extremely customer centric and appreciate how to nurture a brand.  Even if brand marketing is not your super power you know how to partner and manage the work
  • You have 8+ years leading growth marketing teams, including startup experience
  • Bonus points for SQL proficiency
  • Bonus points if you can demonstrate growth success in the face of adversity

What the first 6 months look like:

  • Take the reins of our growth marketing operations – We have fully revamped our growth marketing function (e.g. analytics, forecasting, creative infrastructure, team). We need someone who is passionate about owning and hitting growth goals while continuing to up-level the function even further.
  • Improve acquisition conversion rate – Through lifecycle marketing and on-site conversion rate optimization
  • Improve ad effectiveness with our creative machine – The tools are in-place for rapid creative production and experimentation.  You will use these to increase yield and scale our core channels
  • Improve retention – By finding and capturing low hanging churn prevention opportunities
  • Support new channel development – We have been incubating big bets that are showing traction.  You will scale these while supporting additional growth R&D
