Equip’s five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.
We created Equip to increase access to evidence-based treatment for all people affected by eating disorders. About the role
The Director of Growth Strategy will be responsible for evolving Equip’s go-to-market strategy and oversee the implementation and execution of this strategy for our primary business audiences. This person will work collaboratively with stakeholders and SMEs across the sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a unified strategic vision and execute on outcomes in line with company growth goals. A successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be an organized team player who can communicate and collaborate, and lead across the organization, and be excited by the challenge of putting structure and rigor around big, ambiguous objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own execution of a clear strategy to grow Equip’s business within specific audiences and channels with clear objectives and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and SMEs across the business for both insights and strategy development and driving execution and measurement
  • Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Lead evaluation, development, and execution of new business opportunities
  • Keep a close pulse on market news, policy, trends and be an expert competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and position Equip for continued success
  • Communicate effectively with all audience, including senior leaders, in a structured manner

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to apply frameworks and logic to complex problems
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and an ability to work across all levels of the company
  • Establish clear strategic objective and success metrics; independently assess challenges and creatively problem solve
  • Experience in in corporate strategy, product strategy, management consulting, or venture capital
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader organizational goals
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
