Evernow is seeking a Director of Business Operations responsible for operational excellence, leading key operational functions including tracking and reporting metrics, and developing and driving key initiatives that support our margin metrics and vision of becoming the most respected healthcare brand for women over 40.
Responsibilities:
- Work across teams to drive focus and speed on special projects focused on driving critical business metrics (growth, operational excellence, satisfaction and more).
- Drive and track key Evernow initiatives on our business roadmap to ensure cross functional projects are delivered with quality and at speed.
- Develop management dashboards and reports for company-wide consumption. Track and report all key performance indicators, status on goals and results of tests
- Contribute to day-to-day business operations of the organization, including annual and quarterly goal setting, and tracking, etc.
- Lead or participate in projects as needed according to business priorities, which may shift with market conditions.
- Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to executive team members.
- Identify future operational scaling needs to enable company growth
Experience:
- Strong project management skills and proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Ability to set stakeholder expectations, communicate internally to ensure tasks are on schedule, and offer recommendations to mitigate risks
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal; strong presentation skills)
- Experience in goals setting and metrics development including dashboarding and scorecarding
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to make business recommendations using data
- Ability to build a business case
- Ability to work with outside vendors and negotiate contract terms
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree
- We are prioritizing candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area as this will be a hybrid role spending 2 days a week in our San Francisco office.
