What you will do: 
  • Build external communication campaigns,
  • Develop materials supporting these campaigns
  • Communicate with journalists and other thought leaders
  • Pitch stories and features,
  • Develop proactive and reactive messaging that helps tell the story around Flo
  • Address issues and manage press inquiries
  • Educate users and opinion leaders about the distinctive product values 
  • Develop company presentations
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to understand how Flo works and how it is created. Explain it then in a clear and simple way (both in person and in well-written posts, scripts, FAQs and more).
  • Develop and maintain close, productive relationships with teams in the company, journalists, influencers in the industry, health & lifestyle, business and mainstream press
What you will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Affairs/ Journalism/ Social Sciences/ Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in public relations and communications,
  • High level of positive energy, diligence, ownership, well-developed soft skills
  • Creativity in proactive and reactive communications approaches
  • Be an effective team player who can meet project deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Be able to keep everything moving forward and everyone up to date
  • Be highly organized: we always have multiple projects in flight
  • Be able to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
  • Proven track record of working with tech brands is a plus
