Inito has launched the InSight Wireless Reader, a Wi-Fi-enabled at-home fertility monitor that measures four key hormones – estrogen (E3G), LH, PdG (a urine metabolite of progesterone), and FSH – on a single test strip. The device uses patented Spectral Mapping technology and is trained on over 40 million fertility hormone datapoints.

The distinction from most at-home ovulation tests: the majority track only LH and give a binary yes/no result, which suggests ovulation may be approaching but doesn’t confirm it actually happened. Inito measures across the full hormonal sequence – the rise, peak, fall, and sustained levels that define the fertile window and confirm ovulation. The company says its hormone trends correspond with blood hormone trends with 95% accuracy, validated in published peer-reviewed research.

“When you’re trying to conceive, you don’t just want a result, you want to trust it,” said co-founder Aayush Rai. “We built InSight Wireless Reader to raise the standard for at-home hormone tracking in two ways: by improving how hormone levels are measured, and by making testing work better in real life.”

The technology uses dual-signal verification (fluorescence and colorimetric imaging) and captures the full strip surface over time to generate what Inito describes as a 100x richer signal than single-point readers, with AI removing real-world variables like lighting and humidity. The Wi-Fi connectivity means users can start a test, put their phone down, and receive results in the app when complete.
