Forum Brands, a holding company of consumer brands aimed at serving families, has announced the acquisition of EVER, a leading provider of clean skincare solutions, from Stella & Dot Brands. EVER is known for its patented LSR10 technology, offering luxurious and clinically proven skincare essentials that address hormonal changes experienced during the 30s, perimenopause, and beyond.
