New research presented by Embie Clinic at the 39th Annual European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) meeting today indicates that the companies fertility treatment mobile app can significantly enhance pregnancy rates in women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF).
The research, involving 5,067 users who reported 6,449 IVF cycles through the app from 2021 to 2022, demonstrated improved assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcomes across all age groups. While the study relied on self-reported data, the number of users mitigates individual errors, according to the company.
Users of the Embie app experienced higher ongoing pregnancy rates at 20 weeks and lower cancellation rates compared to the national average reported by the CDC.
