eIVF has launched CloudFlex, a cloud-based electronic medical record solution for fertility clinics that eliminates the need for onsite servers or large upfront investments. The HIPAA-compliant platform integrates EMR software and infrastructure management into one hosted solution.

eIVF CloudFlex provides access to the company’s latest platform, V6, through a secure cloud environment with automatic upgrades and updates. The solution includes built-in infrastructure management to reduce IT burden on clinic staff while offering flexible per-user pricing that scales with clinic growth.

The platform features 24/7 secure data center monitoring and compliance safeguards to protect patient data. CloudFlex aims to reduce activation fees significantly compared to traditional EMR implementations, making it accessible for new or expanding practices.

“With eIVF CloudFlex, we’ve eliminated the complexity and high costs that often come with managing EMR infrastructure,” said Nimesh Shah, eIVF CEO. “Clinics can now benefit from the full power of eIVF, delivered securely through the cloud, supported by transparent pricing and the freedom from managing IT systems.”

eIVF serves over 125 fertility practices and clinics worldwide and has powered more than one million treatment cycles since launching in 2002. The company was among the early electronic medical record platforms designed specifically for reproductive endocrinology and infertility practices.

The cloud-based approach addresses common barriers to EMR adoption in fertility clinics, including high infrastructure costs, IT management complexity, and scalability challenges as practices grow. CloudFlex provides predictable pricing without the burden of hardware maintenance or system administration.
