UK-based DITTO Daily has raised £1.35 million in pre-seed funding to expand its science-led supplement range targeting menstrual symptoms. The round was led by Eka Ventures, with participation from Jean-Baptiste Wautier and other investors.

Founded in 2024 by nutrition scientist Alice van der Schoot, DITTO Daily launched its Cycle Supplement to address both mental and physical challenges of the menstrual cycle. The supplement contains 10 ingredients selected based on clinical evidence for menstrual symptom relief and uses “beadlet-in-oil” technology designed to enhance nutrient absorption.

Since launching in the UK four months ago, the supplement has gained traction particularly among women with premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. A recent clinical trial showed 88% of participants experienced reduced overall symptom severity when using the supplement.

“For too long, there has been a huge disconnect between what science understands and the solutions available to those suffering from cycle-related symptoms,” said Alice van der Schoot, Founder of DITTO Daily. “Too many are given outdated advice or left to navigate trial and error with ineffective approaches.”

The funding will support continued scientific research, product innovation, and channel expansion as the company scales its approach to menstrual health. DITTO Daily has built an online community of over 110,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, where it shares research-based content about menstrual cycle management. The company plans to introduce additional products and has scheduled three more clinical trials over the next year to validate its menstrual health solutions.

“Eka is thrilled to lead DITTO Daily’s pre-seed round, backing Alice’s vision to translate cutting-edge academic science into mainstream, efficacious products that improve women’s daily health,” said Camilla Dolan, General Partner at Eka Ventures. “Early feedback and clinical results from DITTO Daily’s first product demonstrates the unmet need in women’s health.”
