Amara Therapeutics has launched Dry Days Health, a virtual clinic for women with urinary incontinence. The clinic is live in Indiana and Maryland, with plans for expansion across the United States in 2026.
The clinic provides virtual appointments with licensed clinicians who deliver personalized treatment plans. Each patient receives one-on-one care from a clinician and access to Amara’s app-based pelvic health program, which includes exercises, education, and tracking tools.
Fewer than half of women with urinary incontinence receive specialist care, according to the company, due to stigma, cost, and a shortage of accessible pelvic and bladder health professionals.
“Urinary incontinence is very common but is not a normal part of aging and women deserve better care,” said Dr. Jennifer Bepple, Dry Days Health Medical Director. “With Dry Days, we’re combining the accessibility of telemedicine with the precision of digital health to finally close the treatment gap for women’s pelvic and bladder health.”
The condition is one of the leading contributors to anxiety and depression among midlife women, according to the company.
“Dry Days Health isn’t just improving access to care, it’s redefining how women engage with their health,” said Brendan Staunton, CEO of Amara Therapeutics. “With Dry Days Health, we’re proving that accessible, high-quality pelvic health care can scale nationally.”
The company is developing partnerships with health systems for its nationwide expansion in 2026.
