About The Role
The Content team at Wildflower Health is looking for a Content QA Coordinator to lead the content quality review process for our mobile apps. In this position, you will champion the process of clinical and core content review, working cross-functionally with our Product, Content, and development team to troubleshoot issues in the app.
Responsibilities
● Coordinate phases of our content implementation process.
● Support seamless communication between Content Managers and Product/Engineering leads for release cycles.
● Check all content configurations in the CMS (and spreadsheets) against workbooks and requirements before handoff to our development team.
● Create testing workbooks for IAT/UAT via CMS export.
● Lead the testing of content during IAT.
● Resolve all content specific issues found during IAT/UAT.
● Assist with other content specific duties: e.g. CMS entry work, adding images, promotions, etc.
● Assist with licensed core content update process via CMS importer (near future).
● Bundle content only updates (future).
About You
● Detail oriented.
● Command of the English language, good grammar and spelling skills.
● Experience or an interest in content, content management and content production.
● Experience working at a startup helpful but not required.
● Spanish speaking a plus.
