We are looking for a proactive Sr. Photography Art Director to join our brand design team. You truly love what you do. You’re a poet with pictures and love making people feel the “feelz”. You’re a master storyteller that can distill a complex story into a single image or a full editorial story. You’re a conceptual thinker who is fearless in pursuit of new ideas and can bring them to life. You’re altruistic, love to make pretty things, you know how to delight an audience and you want to make the world a better place.
What you’ll be doing:
•Oversees art direction and execution for all editorial, lifestyle
and product photography.
•Develops visual boards from concept through production for
all photography content
•Art directing for a wide spectrum of photography: including editorial, product photography and lifestyle.
•Collaborate with the creative director, strategist, designers, and copywriters while making portfolio-worthy work
•Oversee photoshoots for all our ambassador, partnerships and collaboration stories.
•Partner with Senior Photo producer in pre-production meetings for assigned projects, providing creative input and on location.
Requirements
•Experience: 7+ years of photography experience leading
shoots for campaigns, celebrities and product launches.
•Craftsmanship: you are meticulous when it comes to photography, selecting hand models, and finding the best photographic composition
•Examples: a strong portfolio showing a range of projects you’ve concepted and executed including video, editorial,
social, and environmental
•Knowledge: a proven understanding of brand, UX, art direction, video, production, and experiential design
•Articulate: you communicate design decisions effectively
•Speed: comfortable with quick turnarounds
•Organized: You can handle multiple projects simultaneously
and proactively manage your time
•Travel: Be able to travel to shoot locations and work closely
with photographer to achieve great outcomes.
•Extensive knowledge of established and rising photographers
