We are now looking for a Senior Firmware SW Developer to join our team in Oulu.
What You will do:
Your primary tasks as a Senior Firmware SW Developer will be implementing new and improving the existing features of our current products. In this role you will also participate in feature development and maintenance activities including bug fixing, bug diagnostics and unit test coverage improvements. Apart from this, good working knowledge of Continuous Integration and release process is essential. The job involves C/C++ programming skills and debugging skills including experience on different debugging tools.
You will be closely cooperating with our customer care, science, hardware, test, application and cloud software development teams, and learn a wider perspective. You will also participate in developing the in-house test tools, processes and methods. Oura has a unique team spirit with the great values of trust, equality and flexibility.
We would love to have You on our team, if You have:
- 5+ years of experience from relevant field or tasks
- Good knowledge and experience in C/C++ programming
- Good knowledge on MCU programming in real time platforms
- Experience with automated testing and unit testing
- Experience in Continuous Integration setup like Jenkins, Github Actions
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience in Python scripting or other scripting language
- Basic understanding of measurement techniques
- Basic understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy
- Good communication skills
Appreciated:
- Experience or interest in measuring and processing of sensor data
- Experience in other object-oriented programming language
- Experience in system level debugging and result analysis
