We’re growing quickly in San Francisco and are looking for Senior Recruiter with experience recruiting across a variety of roles, and ideally a specialty in one or more business areas across engineering, technology, business development, and finance and analytics roles. The ideal candidate is an expert in recruiting, passionate about building diverse teams, and cares deeply about an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies, partnering directly with executives and organizational leaders to own key hires that move the needle for the business.It is important to us that every hire connects with our vision, mission and values. This candidate is not only inspired by our vision, mission and values but also is able to evangelize others and help our team be more efficient and scalable as we grow.
You’ll be based out of our SF office.
What you will do:
- Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline by using creative sourcing strategies and techniques, building both a short and long-term pipeline
- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into recruiting strategy and interview plan for each open position, reporting regularly on results
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Act as an advocate for both the company and the candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through, resulting in a wonderful candidate experience
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team, if you have:
- At least 5-7+ years of full cycle recruiting for senior level talent in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Experience sourcing and closing senior level candidates in technical and non-technical roles
- Able to wear many hats and be a team player
- Demonstrate passion and drive while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
