We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our internal IT team with a focus on supporting our US teams’ growth and also to help develop our IT services globally. Our internal IT team’s vision is to enable every Ourarian to reach their inner potential in their digital journey. Our mission is to provide flexible, scalable and secure IT services with exceptional execution.

You will be a member of a talented group of awesome team members where you get to work with people residing throughout the globe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Resolving Tier 1 and 2 incoming issues via email, chat, phone and of course in person
  • Own onboarding and offboarding process of IT equipment and software/SaaS solutions and coordinate with HR team
  • Set-up computers and systems access for new hires
  • Conduct ad-hoc technical training to end users
  • Own the off-boarding process for terminated employees
  • Support the maintenance and operation of Google Workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service, support and training to ensure the highest level of end-user satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on policies and standards for SSO, MDM, content management and other company-wide IT services
  • Proactively solve problems, identify areas for improvement and automation
  • Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed.
  • Engage with internal and external parties to troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating as necessary, to ensure timely resolution.

About You:

  • Working knowledge of industry standard network and device security and compliance practices
  • Working knowledge of enterprise networking
  • Familiarity with remote and physical conference room A/V systems and technologies
  • Collaborative mindset and approach
  • Ability to be flexible and respond to changing needs and situations with a good attitude and a sense of humor
  • Driven by a desire to help others
  • Desire to learn and share newly acquired knowledge with colleagues
  • Self-motivated

Requirements

  • Technical Degree or minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience with Apple MacBook and PC computers
  • Experience working with SaaS and Cloud tool: Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite), Slack, NetSuite, AWS, Zendesk, ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge of industry standard network and device security and compliance practices
  • Working knowledge of enterprise networking and WIFI setups
  • Familiarity with conference room A/V systems and technologies, both in person and virtually
  • Familiarity with enterprise-class infrastructure and systems, including: Active Directory, MDM, SSO, Cisco/Meraki networking, VPN
  • Ability to be in the San Francisco office 3-4 days per week, working from home the remainder of the time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs.
