THE ROLE
As our Performance Marketing Manager*in, you are responsible for…
- managing all paid channels with focus on customer acquisition including paid social, paid search as well as lead campaigns through CRM
- implementing smart acquisition strategies across (acquisition) channels
- working together with our freelancers & design team
- testing and developing (ideas for) creatives in order to optimize paid marketing efficiency
- marketing attribution & tracking
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years in of B2C / E-Commerce marketing experience (D2C is a +
- Hands-on as well as strategic experience in paid social & search (ideally, subsequent experience in operational campaign management)
- Great knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) & data tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI) with the ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
