Role Summary:
We are searching for a seasoned producer to be the operational machine to bring the Tia Design team’s work to fruition across all of Tia’s physical and digital touchpoints. As a brand-first company, we create products and experiences that celebrate female health and wellbeing, helping women achieve optimal health — as defined by themselves. Our work on the Design Team focuses on creating high-quality brand experiences across all of Tia’s physical and digital touchpoints from service lines like mental health to physical spaces to digital tech products. We work extremely hard to ensure consistency, quality, uniqueness, and effectiveness of the Tia brand is felt in everything we make. This role will manage the creation of all things Tia — from stickers and postcards, to custom socks, scrubs, and jumpsuits, to digital products and apps. This role is at the center of the Design Team working closely with the Head of Design, and in partnership with the Physical Spaces & Architecture teams, Marketing and the Content Studio, and Product teams, amongst others. This role will drive Tia’s Design organization forward by managing the production of creative work end-to-end, by facilitating decision-making between fast-moving teams, working collaboratively to obtain and capture feedback and input, and creating systems for procurement of “Brand” items, merchandise, art, and assets — helping to further establish Tia as the most loved and trusted brand in women’s health.

- People and project management. Is skillful at assigning and delegating tasks amongst the team based on skillset, professional interest, and capability.
- Budget management. Is skillful at tracking project costs and working within a budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the internal “making process” of Tia Design Team projects

- Manage internal team projects, requests from other teams, delegating, scoping, and assigning projects.
- Maintain a pulse on all team members to ensure capacity, success, and clear communication.
- Schedule meetings and workshops, send clear meeting agendas ahead of meetings, take notes, and provide follow-ups with notes and action items after meetings and workshops.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards to see projects through execution and ensure success.
- Interface with other teams to collaborate, set expectations, ensure healthy relationships and clear communication are core to Tia processes’.
- Communicate early and often to ensure we meet timelines and goals. If we cannot meet timelines, proactively communicate accordingly.
- Manage the external “making process.”
- Interface with freelancers, vendors, and third parties to produce assets, products, and anything else we decide to make with the help of an outside vendor.
- Write and uphold clear contracts to ensure Tia’s success.
- Manage the scheduling, communications, ordering, and procuring of third-party vendor items and relationships.
- Set, communicate, and adhere to project budgets.
