Role Summary: We need a senior producer to help operationalize the creative production process at Tia and serve as a liaison between the creative and marketing teams. As a brand-first company, we create content, products and experiences (digital + IRL) that change how women think about their health and engage in the healthcare system at large. We are looking for a rockstar producer that compliments Tia’s brand and marketing strengths and can help scale Tia’s creative outputs across every digital and physical touchpoint. This role is at the center of the creative team, working closely with the Creative Director, Content, Community, and Product teams; together, we’ll come up with exciting and effective ways to help women succeed in their health. You’ll drive Tia’s brand and design organization forward by managing the production of creative work end-to-end, including the planning of powerful campaigns, management of interdisciplinary teams to hit timelines, review sessions, and procurement of merchandise and assets helping to further establish Tia as the most loved and trusted brand in women’s health.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the internal “making process” of Tia Creative Team projects

- Manage internal team projects, requests from other teams, delegating, scoping, and assigning projects.
- Maintain pulse on all team members to ensure capacity, success, and clear communication.
- Schedule meetings and workshops, send clear meeting agendas ahead of meetings, take notes, and provide follow ups with notes and action items after meetings and workshops.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards to see projects through execution and ensure success.
- Interface with other teams to collaborate, set expectations, ensure healthy relationships and clear communication are core to Tia processes’.
- Communicate early and often to ensure timelines and goals are met. If timelines cannot be met, proactively communicate accordingly.
- Manage the external “making process”
- Interface with freelancers, vendors, and third parties to produce assets, products, and anything else we decide to make with the help of an outside vendor.
- Write and uphold clear contracts to ensure Tia’s success.
- Manage the scheduling, communications, ordering, and procuring of third party vendor items and relationships.
