ROLE
Good design can change lives. That’s why design, together with science, is at the center of everything we do.
- Freelance position based in our Berlin office (20hrs/week)
- You’ll play a key role in acquiring new users, activating them, and moving the core product and subscription offerings forward with an emphasis on upper-funnel marketing channels and visual engagement throughout the experience
- You’ll be working closely with the CRM team, social media team, copywriters, marketers to deliver a number of projects (online ads, app store creatives, social media, in-app animations among others)
- Together with the rest of the design team, you’ll help acquire users for a product that touches millions of lives
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will develop and deliver clear and understandable animations to communicate our brand values and generate attention
- You will create assets that tell a story and create compelling content into meaningful animations
- You will execute a project from brief to production and deliver to high standards
- Refine the visual brand language and translate it to animations to generate new users as well as keeping them engaged
- Work with user acquisition and Customer relation management to grow our user base
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure streamlined representation of the brand
- A/B test and iterate designs accordingly
ABOUT YOU
You are a strong motion designer with experience in animation and visual storytelling with a focus on growth topics (advertising material, online ads, app stores, customer relationship management, social media) as well as experience in delivering animations for digital products (iOS, Android, Web). You have a structured way of thinking as well as a hands-on mentality. You thrive in fast-paced, iterative, and agile startup environments.
