Origin is a progressive women’s health company with an ambitious goal: redefining the standard of care for women, nationally.

We wake up every day with one purpose: to help women feel their best, through every stage of life. We offer physical therapy designed for women and mothers, in-person and online. Our team uses their expert knowledge to treat commonly overlooked women’s health issues and unlock our clients’ personal potential on their journey to becoming stronger and healthier. Our approach is clinically proven: we help women work through painful sex, prepare for labor, recover better and faster postpartum, manage menopause symptoms, and avoid unnecessary surgeries. ROLE

As the Growth Marketing Associate, you will design and execute programs that engage with Origin’s users and providers throughout their journey. You will work closely with the Head of Growth to own strategies that drive new patients and providers to the platform and nurture our existing network. You will manage existing marketing channels such as our website, email marketing via Hubspot and Iterable, as well as develop new content programs and campaigns to help us reach new audiences, increase referrals, and drive patient and provider retention.

Critical to your success is experience running and measuring acquisition campaigns in either the B2B or B2C space. You’ll be able to influence our overall marketing strategy as well as roll up your sleeves to execute on it. You will be comfortable working cross-functionally with teams like design, product, client experience, and our clinical team. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with lots of opportunity for ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and run campaigns to drive visit growth using channels like virtual events, email, content marketing, direct mail, paid and more
  • Own the end-to-end development and execution of ad hoc media campaigns and evergreen marketing programs to acquire new patients and providers within performance goals
  • Define and iterate on our marketing automation for the patient (B2C) and provider (B2B) sides of the business
  • Develop behavior-based acquisition programs to drive education and increase engagement with key provider personas
  • Create relevant and compelling campaigns and programs with a focus on data-driven results, including: monitor and analyze campaigns for maximum ROI, A/B testing, and user testing

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Creative, and data-driven. You’ll need to combine the best of both in this role, producing amazing content with the purpose of influencing audience behavior. The ability to balance creative thinking with a data-driven approach, gathering and acting on key performance insights
  • Intuitive. You know how to speak to an audience whether that be a patient in need or a provider interested in learning more about Origin. You are known for writing amazing blast and nurture emails that people are compelled to open and click and you communicate in a way that feels personal but authoritative
  • Collaborative. You love working cross-functionally across teams and have excellent project management skills that enable you to lead and organize projects across groups.
  • Constant optimizer. You regularly dedicate time to improving ad campaigns by finding new ways to lower your cost-per-conversion and push another AB test to statistical significance
  • 3+ years of full-time experience working in B2B or B2C growth marketing including specific experience with multi-channel programs and tactics such as digital, email, webinars and content partnerships
    CRM experience & understanding of lifecycle marketing or comparable experience driving conversion in a CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, Iterable, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with ad platforms, mobile attribution, Google Analytics, and other growth tools
  • You have honed the ability to perform data analysis, identify actionable insights, and efficiently execute on opportunities
  • Communication and writing skills with experience building full-funnel and multi-channel global campaigns
