We envisage the individual who will sit in this role acting as the “glue” that connects UX and Engineering, Engineering and Marketing, UX and Marketing, Engineering and Analytics, UX and Analytics, Engineering and Merchandising, UX and Merchandising, amongst other key cross functional partnerships.

The Work You’ll do:

  • Analyze customer behavior and develop hypotheses for A/B testing. Weigh impact vs. effort through our prioritization framework, develop the KPIs, and work with Engineering & UX to execute the tests with the biggest chance to impact revenue
  • In collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Marketing, develop and implement an eCommerce personalization practice
  • In collaboration with Marketing and Engineering, make sure that all pages are optimized for SEO

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve our Digital Product
