Pill Club is reinventing the way women receive healthcare and essential medicine. Starting with birth control, we create a patient experience that is personal, convenient, affordable, and delightful. The Pill Club is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage the technical projects associated with our profoundly interconnected world with the Medical, Pharmacy, and Logistics services. You will collaborate and lead the complex integrations starting from API reviews to deep data model analysis to guide product development to further our goals for a consumer-driven delightful customer experience.
What will you own:
- Technical analysis of all the integration projects at the Pill Club.
- Analyze APIs, Data Models and, SLAs to propose technical product development feasibility
- Workaround the integration gaps to propose innovative solutions to meet the business needs.
- Manage project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating them to the stakeholders.
- Manage all the technical requests to external vendors
- You will plan and support requirement reviews with internal customers and the project life cycle.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of Technical Program Manager experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale platforms and integration projects.
- Systems, architecture, and data modeling experience.
