#WomensHealth tech company developing DotEndo, a breakthrough blood test that aids in the diagnosis of active #endometriosis

DotLab is a personalized medicine company focused on women’s health and is starting with the development of a cutting-edge molecular diagnostic test for endometriosis. Ten percent of women of child-bearing age suffer from this debilitating disease, which takes an average of a decade to diagnose. We’re looking to change that.
We’re hiring a Customer Support Associate to provide first-line assistance to physicians and medical providers using our diagnostic tests. While much of the approach to endometriosis is marred by complexity and misinformation, you are excited to significantly improve the journey for physicians and patients and make a lasting impact in women’s health.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with Product Marketing to build and define customer service processes and own their execution
  • Provide ongoing, exceptional support to physicians and medical providers via multiple channels
  • Respond to customer service inquiries
  • Research, resolve, and follow up on any customer service issues
  • Aggregate and summarize customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to improve the customer experience
  • Report to Product Marketing
REQUIREMENTS
  • Customer support experience at a startup
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude and enthusiasm for women’s health
  • Preference for candidates located in SF Bay Area or NYC, though role can be largely remote in light of COVID-19
