As the leader of our Brand team, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to build first-class creative, brand, content and community experiences. You will be responsible for demand creation and developing integrated brand campaigns and programs that drive aided and unaided awareness of The Pill Club, build brand trust and equity, loyalty to our services, and, ultimately, revenue.

Responsibilities
Lead, build, and empower a high performing, brand organization of creative and design specialists.
Translate business priorities, insights and field research into clear brand storytelling, narrative, development and strategy.
Cement our brand positioning, visual identity, and voice, identifying opportunities to show up as a brand in meaningful and impactful ways
Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all brand programs and activities.
Manage integrated programs and campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of key products and grow value created for people and partners.
Develop a strategy to drive long-term business growth through brand advertising and lead the process to develop, test, and measure creative campaigns with a focus on experimentation.
Partner closely with the growth and product teams to infuse brand values into every opportunity.
Minimum Qualifications
A passion for women’s health and empathy for our members.
Proven success in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
A 12+ year successful track record of building great brands and communities (with a minimum 5+ years in-house).
Expertise in demand generation, brand management and content marketing and has experience managing a multi million-dollar marketing budget.
A strong track record of building, managing and leading multi-channel teams, in high-growth and digital environments and contributing to the business’ topline strategy and operations.
Experience as an analytical, data driven decision maker with inherent analytical curiosity beyond KPIs to understand key drivers of success.
The ability to positively influence change with a leadership team and cross-functionally, including field teams, investors, and stakeholders; proactively shares information across teams.
A collaborative working style and are a detail- and goal- oriented self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading a healthcare and/or in women’s focused brand through periods of significant organizational and cultural growth
Experience leading millennial or Gen Z focused brand
