Our first product, Elvie Trainer, is an award-winning app-connected trainer that helps women strengthen the pelvic floor via fun, five-minute workouts. It took the wellness industry by storm and is now available via the NHS Supply Chain. Our street cred includes more than 12 awards for innovation and design, including the prestigious CES Innovation Award, IDA Design Award and Red Dot Award.
Our second innovation: Elvie Pump, the world’s first silent wearable breast pump, which is making it possible for new mothers to pump anytime, anywhere. Elvie Pump received international praise, and is now exposed on London Design Museum and won the 2019 “wearable design of the year’ category in the Dezeen awards.
As a business, Elvie has received more than 30 awards (including a prestigious Red Dot design award), was named one of 15 startups “To Watch” by The Sunday Times and Business Insider, ranked as the 13th fastest growing business in the UK by SyndicateRoom. Tania Boler has recently been rated as the 8th most influential people shaping british technology in 2019 by Business Insider and both products have been featured in the Oscar Nominee Gift Bags.
In April 2019, Elvie announced a $42 million Series B from IPGL, Octopus Ventures and Impact Ventures, bringing the total raised thus far to over $50 million. Our Series B represented the largest ever fundraise in femtech. This new round of financing will accelerate Elvie’s research and development efforts, as well as help grow brand awareness and distribution. We currently have offices in London, Shanghai and New York and opened a brand new R&D facility in Bristol in 2020.

The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright US Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team to grow our expanding efforts in the US market. This role will report into the US Marketing Manager and work closely with the PR and Communications Manager to assist with the execution of key programs that ladder back into the overall marketing objectives and calendar. With strong attention to detail, this person will be supporting the marketing team in brief development (creative and brand), market analysis, market presentations, execution of plans, and reporting and tracking.

What you’ll be doing
- Reporting into the US Marketing Manager, this role will provide overall support to the US Marketing team and assist with the execution of Trade Marketing, PR, Influencer, and brand initiatives
- Maintain annual marketing calendars tracking all Brand, Media, Trade, PR, and Influencer campaigns and promotions
- Develop and manage local market campaign briefs and collaborate with the Creative team to ensure all asset needs are met within timelines and delivery
- Collaborate with Influencer and Social teams on cultivating and maintaining relationships with Elvie social community; research and recommend potential micro-influencer partnerships
- Support US Marketing team through preparation of presentations and marketing materials for both internal and external meetings
- Assist US Marketing team in recaps and analysis of all US Marketing initiatives, events, and activations
- Manage and monitor invoice submission from external partners assisting US Marketing team in tracking annual budget
- Manage and update weekly status to ensure all projects and deliverables are completed on time
- Own competitive market analysis and tracking; support ad-hoc marketing-related analysis requests
- Provide administrative support to the US Marketing team as needed (managing press inbox, coordinating product seeding, managing competitive product, etc.)
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Go-getter attitude
- Desire to learn fast and challenge yourself
- Passionate about driving conversation in female health and bodies
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
