We are now looking for a Technical Program Manager, Platforms to join our team in Helsinki. In this role, you will coordinate program schedules and ensure effective communication between program stakeholders. You will work closely with our lead engineers and play a key role in planning and developing the work of our platform squads.
What You will do:
- Coordinate and develop the work of our platform squads (app and cloud platforms)
- Support platform lead engineers in roadmap prioritization
- Collect requirements from other squads
- Communicate releases and schedules within and between the squads and to other stakeholders
We would love to have You on our team, if You have:
- Background in sw engineering, preferably in a modern cloud environment
- Prior project or program management experience in multiteam projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive things forward and remain calm and clear in stressful situations
- Varied experience of the different modern development methods and pros and cons of agile, waterfall and other methodologies
Prior experience and interest in configuring project management tools such as Jira is also appreciated.What we offer:
