We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Project Manager who will be responsible for managing Oura’s content programs across our channels. In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Content Strategist, Creative Producer, Content Team and cross-functional teams to manage the execution of our content. The ideal candidate is detailed, proactive and has experience with content creation. The candidate must be a solid communicator to internal stakeholders and proficient with highlighting risks, concerns, and blockers on content projects. You must have the ability to parse through multiple sources of information and pull the right information to share out. Must be able to work in a fast moving and constantly changing environment. The candidate must be inspired by the opportunity to help craft a global brand to become widely recognized and deeply loved. This role will begin as a hybrid of remote/in-person but eventually will be in our San Francisco office (though, we could be flexible)).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the content planning process and own the growth and maintenance of the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication.
- Source ongoing briefs, stories, and manage the execution of our content across our marketing channels.
- Detailed planning and execution of weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly content schedules, monthly and quarterly themes, content frequency and rollout of editorial calendar.
- Works closely with content writers on publishing stories to the blog
- Connect with Social Team to create a representative cultural moments / events calendar / brand moments / partnership activations
- Detail-oriented mindset with an analytical view on process, able to identify opportunities and actions needed to improve how we work as a team.
- Able to be both a strategic contributor, while acting as a strong partner in connecting the dots across teams, departments, and timelines.
- Strong experience in overseeing content creation and production.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team, if you have:
- 7-10 years of proven experience at a brand or agency
- Strong track record of bringing brands to life including: Managing the lifecycle of content creation and production.
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills and incredible attention to detail
- Organized, self-motivated and scrappy, willing to do more with less and able to creatively problem solve
- Both a team player and able to work autonomously
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused while juggling multiple tasks and assignments
