Role Description
We are seeking a Manager of Acquisition Marketing who will run the strategy, execution and optimization of all performance channels. This role will require managing large budgets across three distinct brands and multiple channels to expedite consumer growth in the period and incontinence categories and will report to the Director of Growth Marketing.
The Work You’ll Do…
- Own and manage large scale marketing budget to drive customer acquisition for all paid performance channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Affiliate, Pinterest Snapchat, Direct Mail etc)
- Daily management and optimization of all platforms and deliver and track against relevant KPIS
- Uncover new growth opportunity (including new platforms, channels, and advertising and integration opportunities) to acquire new and engaged users
- Help develop an internal attribution model to better track the efficacy of each channel and the LTV of each cohort
- Manage ad creative, and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign results
- Integrate closely with the brand marketing team uncover creative insights and learnings, as well as ways to leverage brand as a tool for growth
- Work with development and product teams to make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow and consumer journey through landing page AB testing and optimization
- Work with internal merchandise, creative, and planning teams to maximize impact of sales and product launches
- Implement conversion-driven campaigns to achieve the client’s target KPIs (i.e. CPA, ROAS, CPL, etc.)
- Work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies according to the latest trends and technologies in the industry

- You have 4 years of experience in a data driven, acquisition-focused role
- A deep understanding of platform and industry best practices and a strong ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Strong experience with aggressively scaling performance media across a variety of channels
- Independent mindset and ability to learn fast
- Experience managing large, million dollar paid media budgets
- You have experience working with Simon Data, Looker, Heap, GA, Attribution App
