The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with vitaCare Prescription Services to manage recruiting initiatives for the department. The TA Specialist will work closely with the HR Director and Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure best practices and implementation of the talent model. This role may also be responsible for various projects related to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. This role is pivotal to the growth of the Department.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for call center and Pharmacy Hub
- Develop sourcing strategies in order to attract qualified candidates for specific business needs
- Conduct phone screens with candidates to assess their fit for open positions
- Develop pipeline of candidates for biweekly hiring events and high volume environment
- Partner with managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to find top talent
- Manage onboarding process for all new hires. This includes creating and sending offer letters, running background checks, new hire paperwork, etc.
- Act as liaison between Managers and agencies if applicable
- Review, evaluate, and create job descriptions
- Coordinate interviews for selected candidates
- Maintain HR employee file system
- Maintain employee referral program details in Applicant Tracking System
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
- Coordinate events (hiring events, health fairs, open enrollment sessions, etc.)
- Assist in guiding and educating management on the hiring process, interviewing skills, process changes, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining our internship program relationships with colleges and universities and placement offices to generate qualified applicants
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience required
- Experience working with ADP applicant tracking and HRIS system
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize many important tasks simultaneously
- Must have experience managing several open positions concurrently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and a sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
