This role reports directly to the VP Growth. Marketers are often instructed to focus on the awareness and discovery stage of their customer’s journey. While this will certainly be a primary focus, you will touch all phases depending on priority. You will work within advertising, product, and experience across digital and physical touch points.
As Legacy’s first full time performance marketer you will wear many hats, and lead performance channels like paid social, marketing automation, and data analytics.

Ideal candidates have:

    • 3+ years of experience with various acquisition channels.
    • Intermediate understanding of marketing automation.
    • Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

    • Deploy a seven-figure marketing budget and acquire thousands of customers for a health product loved by many.
    • Create, manage and scale acquisition campaigns on different channels like Facebook, TikTok, Google, influencers, etc.
    • Make and test new creative to improve performance across all of our new channels in collaboration with our creative team.
    • Track and report on campaign performance using LTV and cohorts analysis. Uncover growth and optimization opportunities with your own developed reports.

First 90 Days

    • Speak to 10 customers, and analyze owned data to intimately understand our customers.
    • Analyze and identify friction within customer journey. Recommend solutions.
    • Audit existing SEM, SMM, SEO, and email performance.
    • Launch campaigns to increase customer volume, conversion rates, or customer value through SMM, or SEM.
    • Launch email drip campaigns to create more meaning within customer touch points.
