Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations at Legacy. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and detailed oriented to enable a timely reporting of key operations metrics. The candidate will manage daily operations that are fundamental to patient service delivery. They assist in managing key elements of our supply chain logistics and operations related to patient order processing and fulfillment. They will collaborate with various company departments to coordinate logistics associated with continued patient support.

The position will require managing daily operations linked to new patient intake, while guaranteeing that logistics linked to progression of patients along their patient journey are all systematically delivered in a timely and fail-proof way.

The Operations Manager will report directly to the Heads of Operations.

Job Responsibility

• • Handle and monitor the logistics associated to:
  • Daily new patient intake (e.g., clinic assignment, registration of order at fulfillment center, kit shipment, tracking, results sharing….)
  • Monthly patient order updates (e.g., long-term storage, destruction, retrieval)
  • Work with our customer experience department to coordinate logistics required to address ad hoc patient requests
  • Monitor our fulfillment center’s inventory to address evolving needs and provide a stable supply of patient kits
  • Guarantee that patient results are correctly uploaded to our patient database in a timely and fail-proof manner
  • Track and report on key operation performance metrics at determined frequency and on ad hoc basis
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and optimization opportunities for existing operations
  • The responsibilities of the roles will expand and evolve as the company’s operations continue to scale

Qualifications

• • Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and an interest in operations optimization and automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent capacity to collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams
  • Experience in the following is a bonus:
  • Working with various database formats and patient dashboards
  • Using data analytics to report on key operational metrics
  • Handling supply chain logistics and inventory management
  • Demonstrated track record of successes in getting things on time
