Tia’s ecosystem of products, tools and services — from the Tia app to the Tia Clinic, a real-world gynecology & wellness practice based in NYC — is connected by a unique, human-centered approach to care that focuses on listening and learning all about women and their holistic needs, from anatomy to emotions, from gut health to getting it on. Tia encourages honest and transparent conversations about patients’ health, both with their care team and their community of members, to help women make independent and informed healthcare decisions with confidence and ease.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced design producer to help operationalize the creative production process at Tia As a brand-first company, we create content,  products and experiences (digital + IRL) that change how women think about their health and engage in the healthcare system at large. We are looking for a rockstar producer that compliments to Tia’s brand and design strengths and can help scale Tia’s creative outputs across every digital and physical touchpoint. This role is at the center of the brand team, working closely with the Head of Design, Content, Community, and Engineering teams; together, we’ll come up with exciting and effective ways to help women succeed in their health. You’ll drive Tia’s brand and design organization forward by managing the production of creative work end-to-end, including the planning of powerful campaigns, management of interdisciplinary teams to hit timelines, review sessions, and procurement of merchandise and assets helping to further establish Tia as the most loved and trusted brand in women’s health.
This role reports to the Head of Design. This is a 40 hour per week job (no part-time), with contract and full-time opportunities available.

    • You love the messiness of the creative process — specifically, making it organized
    • You are incredibly detail oriented, and organize your desktop and dropbox folders” for fun”
    • You excel at driving creatives — and interdisciplinary creative teams — to produce their best work
    • You understand how long it takes to make creative work, what meetings need to be had to continue pushing work, and how to set realistic deadlines
    • You know how to break down a massive campaign into itty-bitty tasks — and ensure that any tasks, deadlines, or deliverables don’t fall through the cracks
    • You have an eye for quality creative, and know how to set a team up for success to meet those goals
    • You know how to get work made with your eyes closed; and who to call when you need back up
    • You know when to give people the space to do their work, and when to step in and push things along
    • You obsess over status reports
    • You’re a management pro, effective at managing up and down and sideways
    • You are budget oriented, and can manage to budgets effectively
    • You understand how long it takes to make physical artifacts and how to work backward to set deadlines and work collaboratively to ensure items can be in hand by the deadline

What You’ll Do

    • Manage the production of all creative work at Tia end-to-end — from email marketing, to social, to omnichannel ad campaigns, and website redesigns
    • Interface between brand and design team members and coordinate deliverables
    • Break down business goals and creative projects into individual tasks
    • Design and manage Tia’s content production machine
    • Organize assets, deliverables, timelines, check in meetings
    • In collaboration with the Head of Design and Content teams, plan and manage the pipeline of creative work
    • Manage the procurement and ordering of physical items needed
    • Own and manage production budgets
    • Liaise with external creative partners

Your Experience

    • 2-5 years of experience as a design producer or project manager in a creative environment
    • Experience in advertising, marketing or communications
    • Strong communication and management skills
    • Previous experience working with nimble fast-paced creative teams and external agencies or partners
