DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong collaborative nature to join our People team. You will act as a sparring partner to the applicant, from the initial conversation to final offer negotiations and on-boarding. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and provide true business partnership. You understand your chosen talent market and are able to advise proactively. You will attract and recruit talented people and take pride in providing an exceptional candidate centric recruitment experience for all applicants. You will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing and screening applications, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks to extending an offer.

ROLE

  • You are responsible for the full recruiting process at Clue and represent Clue in every interaction with candidates
  • You develop innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously strengthened to support current and future needs of the business, (E.g. working with specialised agencies or coming up with direct sourcing tactics.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide high-level guidance to support the implementation of standardized recruitment processes
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure that recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
  • Position Clue as an attractive place of employment through relevant employer branding activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have at least  three years of prior experience working in-house or within an agency setting
  • You have a proven track record of success in success in sourcing and recruiting for roles in the tech industry
  • You have strong relationship and consultative skills and the ability to influence, inform and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • You are authentic, empathetic and a problem solver
  • You have strong abilities   in prioritization, multi-tasking and you demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English (German is a bonus)
  • Experience in training hiring managers to identify, place, and interview top talent is a plus, but not a must
