Our office is located in the Cool Springs area of Franklin. We work in an exciting, changing field with a dedication to providing the best experience to our patients and the team that works with them during their fertility journey.

We are looking for  Cryopreservation Coordinator to join our team. The Cryopreservation Coordinator will coordinate the cryopreservation process for all current laboratory patients and locations. The Cryopreservation Coordinator will possess an adequate clinical background in order to understand laboratory activity and communicate to laboratory staff, as well as, stay in compliance with regulatory, federal and state requirements.  This position will also require a strong financial background in order to coordinate timely billing and collections through our revenue cycle. This position requires a person who is well organized and demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail.  This position will entail a high level of multitasking ability.

We are looking for a self-driven and dependable collections specialist to join our team. as a collections specialist at our company you would be responsible for contacting patients regarding past due balances and working the accounts to resolution.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Performing outbound patient communication to collect past due balances
• Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
• Review and batch patient accounts for collections
• Processing and posting payments
• Review and resolve accounts to ensure accurate data
• Provides customer service and follow through on patient account questions
• Initiate and collect patient consents
• Update account status records
• Assists with special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred
• Previous experience working with a fertility organization is highly preferred
• Clinical and financial background preferred
• 1-3 years’ work experience in similar or related position or other healthcare office environment is preferred
