Peanut is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Lead to design, implement, and optimise our performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and activation.

Our mission is to provide a social network for women to connect across fertility, pregnancy and motherhood. So far, over 1.6 million women have joined to build friendships, find support, and learn from one another.

Since launch, Peanut has grown organically across the US and UK. We have received vast coverage and accolades from Apple, the New York Times, Good Morning America and the BBC to name a few!

Key responsibilities 

  • Create and execute a 360-degree approach to performance marketing.
  • Drive the execution for Peanut’s digital marketing efforts across touchpoints including SEO/SEM, retargeting, video, display, paid/owned/earned social media, and other content.
  • Manage budget and spend in order to deliver the best return on investment to hit overall targets.
  • Own the performance marketing ecosystem across social media, search engines, display networks, paid app store advertising.
  • Build a continuous optimisation cadence for Peanut’s earned and paid media efforts.
  • Scale Peanut’s campaigns through data-driven analysis and optimise accordingly.
  • Implement best practices for testing frameworks and reporting methodology, and share learnings with the team.

Job requirements

Essential skills and qualifications

  • 5 years experience in B2C tech in a growth-focused role.
  • 3+ years of experience with both Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing budgets and models for measurement.
  • Experience in holistic growth planning – research, forecasting, planning, execution and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple channels of paid marketing – social, mobile, display, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in marketing automation across acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills – you love numbers and should be comfortable manipulating and presenting complex data models/analysis.
  • Passionate about the Peanut vision and brand values.
