Marketing Analyst, Email and Lifecycle

Willow is looking for an Email and Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to support our growing business and manage the onboarding process as we migrate to a new ESP. This person will execute the production and scheduling for all marketing emails as well as automated/trigger emails.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Campaign Scheduling & Production:
- Support the onboarding process to a new ESP; create new campaigns and migrate existing ones to the new ESP
- Work closely with creative team to produce and code HTML emails within the ESP
- Manage and drive the email production and scheduling process from end-to-end, including: audience segmentation, QA’ing, scheduling and deploying campaigns
- Own the QA process for subject lines, copy, links, audience, etc. to ensure 100% accuracy before deployment
Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist with weekly reporting. Update reporting templates and help with ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with leading ESPs – Klaviyo, Braze (preferred)
- Strong aptitude in HTML email coding to create new and edit existing templates
- Email marketing best practices including CAN-SPAM and list hygiene
- High degree of attention to detail; accurate execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Light creative/design skills preferred but not required (Photoshop)
- 2-4 years of email marketing experience
