Willow is looking for a Channel Sales and Marketing Associate to support our growing business within the retail, Amazon, and insurance channels.  This person will execute Amazon marketing tactics including advertising bid optimization, content development and testing, and managing reviews. This person will also support sales reporting, forecasting and account management tasks for our channel business.

Role & Responsibilities:

AMAZON MARKETING & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage digital campaigns (search and display) to ensure they are optimized to targets, product availability, and opportunities with intent to increase market share
  • Continuously evaluate the company’s online sales and spend allocation for ROI
  • Continuous SEO of products listed on amazon. Improve product rankings, ASIN coverage, listing quality, and searchability through content optimization.
  • Monitor customer interactions thru seller messaging services
  • Monitor account health metrics and communicate cross functionally
  • Manage email marketing series in collaboration with Willow email lifecycle marketer.

SALES REPORTING AND FORECASTING ANALYSIS

  • Responsible for sales analytics, along with forecasting activities associated with wholesale accounts.

CROSS-CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Onboard new accounts, manage vendor portals and item set up forms
  • Monitoring competitive landscape, acknowledging key account differentiators and opportunities for growth
  • Act as liaison between wholesale customers and operations team to ensure order entry, on time delivery and overall customer satisfaction with operational performance.

CROSS-CHANNEL REVIEW MANAGEMENT

  • Manage willow brand & product ratings & reviews across all channels/accounts. Respond and action every review.
  • Aggregate review data and report out cross functionally data and actions.
  • Provide manual review syndication to DME partners.
  • Manage Bazaarvoice account, including product catalog optimization, review replies and overall account health.

Requirements:

  • High level of demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Amazon Account Management experience required. Seller Central familiarity is preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail and wholesale requirements and structure. Strong understanding of retail math & B2B requirements such as EDI.
