Progyny is looking for a Marketing Associate to support the Marketing Team and our overall strategy to develop, manage, and grow engagement with Progyny’s prospect, clients, and members. You will join a growing marketing team and work closely with other internal staff on a variety of projects that support Progyny’s mission to be an industry leader in comprehensive an inclusive fertility benefits.
What you’ll do…
- Support day to day activities of the Marketing Team
- Draft marketing collateral including Powerpoints, member education, brochures, etc.
- Write, proofread and edit copy for the Progyny website, emails, and other marketing content
- Support annual events such as virtual benefit and vendor fairs, open enrollment, conferences, tradeshows, etc.
- Update brand materials as needed
About you…
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing ops, healthcare industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative suite
- Prior experience with marketing tools like Salesforce and Pardot preferred but not required
- The ideal candidate is not afraid to wear multiple hats and eager to learn.
