Maven is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to help execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects on behalf of the CEO and other members of C-Suite leadership team. Reporting to our VP of Strategy & Operations, you will work cross-functionally on critical projects related to our go-to-market approach, org design and operating model, and will assess results to ensure effective and efficient performance. You will collaborate to develop and manage Maven’s go-to-market strategic plans, operating model improvements, and resourcing plans, enabling our team to execute and innovate at speed.

As a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations at Maven, you will: 

  • Tackle a broad and varied scope of projects to help shape Maven’s go-to-market approach and internal operating models, including sales and client operations
  • Analyze internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends, to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and package compelling and insightful recommendations for the Executive team on key strategic topics
  • Project manage strategic and operational projects with guidance and input from the Executive team
  • “Roll up your sleeves” and partner across cross-functional teams to drive execution in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

We’re looking for you to bring: 

  • Minimum of 2 years (3+ years preferred) experience working for a major management consulting firm
  • Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling and analysis
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; direct experience presenting work to senior executive audiences
  • Significant entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong educational track record

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!): 

  • Knowledge of key trends in the healthcare industry, particularly in women’s and family health
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment
