Senior Manager, Provider Operations

Maven is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Provider Operations team, driving network expansion and coverage strategy, supply forecasting, supply monitoring, and optimization initiatives. As a key strategic and operational partner, you will work closely with Maven’s Legal, Finance, Growth, Product, and Sales teams to understand supply and demand drivers, Maven’s business and pricing model, and the telehealth regulatory landscape. You will also support broader Provider Operations initiatives, owning end-to-end projects from problem definition through analysis and recommendation. We are looking for a resourceful, analytical, self-starter that is comfortable working cross-functionally and autonomously to drive network success.

As a Senior Manager, Provider Operations you will:

• Own provider supply forecasting and capacity analysis, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and growth to understand key drivers and inputs
• Work with leadership to define Service Level Agreements, KPIs, and OKRs that support Maven’s network and expansion strategy
• Lead supply planning and monitoring, flagging coverage gaps and recommending actions based on defined Service Level Agreements
• Work closely with Finance to develop network optimization and pricing models
• Build expertise in telehealth operational models, regulatory standards, and ecosystem players
• Support Provider Operations special projects, including operational efficiency initiatives, vendor assessments, and surveys

We’re looking for you to bring:

• 5+ years experience; preference from management consulting, start-up, and / or healthcare delivery backgrounds
• Experience scoping and managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Comfort and demonstrated ability making data-informed decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities; experience using data, frameworks, and hypothesis based testing to drive decisions
• Humble with ability to roll up sleeves and work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Hungry to solve problems and take on end-to-end ownership of solutions
