Mission: Structure and ensure the development, production monitoring and supply of FEMPO products to support the strong growth of the brand.
From Day-one: Ensure growing and adjusted supply and inventory management (without disruption and without over-storage) to follow the company’s hyper-growth: lean replenishment calculations, rigorous order placement, meet deadlines, follow production and transport to Paris.
The first month: Structure the product development process, tidy up the technical specifications / files, the validation process and the follow-up of the production in connection with the Methods Manager. Establish and enforce the production plan for the coming months and distribute the production lines.
Within 3 months – Have processed and ensured quality control at FEMPO in conjunction with the Methods Manager.
Within 4 months – Having sourced 1 new lingerie factory and having negotiated the best conditions for FEMPO in order to consolidate our supplier base and support our growth.
Within 4 months – Have launched 3 new products in connection with designers and model makers: have very clean and rigorous technical files and specifications, source materials, have beautiful finishes on the product, negotiate margins and conditions with the factory.
Within 6 months – have reduced product development time and the launch of a first production by half while maintaining our level of quality requirements.
Within 6 months – have secured our fleet of raw material suppliers by having a plan B for each of our material and supply references.
