Test Engineer

1. According to the product architecture and business requirements, fully grasp the functional and non-functional requirements of the product, design quality assurance and testing strategies for different products, and promote and implement it in the entire domain;

2. Participate in the construction and planning of product system architecture, conduct risk assessment, solve the testability of the design and ensure the stability of the system;

3. Solve complex technical problems in the testing process, be able to find efficiency improvement points in the work, and carry out innovations in testing tools, testing technology, testing platforms, product development and testing processes, etc., to improve testing efficiency;  

4. Combine industry development trends, formulate appropriate quality technology development plans, promote team quality assurance efficiency and team skills, and guide the development direction of team testing technology.

Job Requirements

1. More than three years of experience in quality control of development and testing in the Internet and traditional industries;

2. Have systematic thinking and experience in software quality assurance. Be able to establish systematic software quality control strategies and models in the face of complex situations, and have good landing practices;

3. Have strong analysis and design capabilities, test framework development and program integration capabilities; proficient in one of the fields of performance testing, automated testing, security testing and white box testing;

4. Excellent code implementation ability, proficient in one of the programming languages ​​such as JAVA, Python, and have actual project code experience;

5. Strong logical ability, active thinking, strong ability to accept new things; strong sense of responsibility, proactive, good at communication, good teamwork ability.
