ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a Medical Science Liaison to join Medical Affairs. You will be responsible for supporting enterprise initiatives as the primary clinical/medical spokesperson. You will also develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and facilitate on-going medical education to increase engagement with our test offerings.
Reporting directly to the Chief Medical and Scientific Officer, you will be instrumental to expanding our enterprise programs and building credibility in the medical community. You’ll also have the opportunity to support Clinical Science initiatives like clinical trials, abstract development, and literature review.

What You’ll Do:
- Educate potential enterprise partners on the clinical/medical aspects of our products
- Represent the company at medical conferences or sales meetings
- Build strong relationships with KOLs, physicians, and/or associated healthcare systems
- Utilize great written and oral skills for presentations, abstracts, and posters
- Monitor growth and developments in the consumer-initiated lab testing space
- Maintain scientific and clinical accuracy across all content deliverables
- Able to work effectively on multiple projects across departments
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years experience as a Medical Science Liaison
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline. Advanced degree (RN, MSN, PhD) required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus
- Collaborative across multiple functional areas
- Enjoy creative problem solving, literature review, and data-driven insights
- Ability to present complex information in an accessible way
- Patient (or consumer) focused mindset, and eagerness to improve healthcare
