ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a versatile Implementation/Client Success Coordinator to help manage programs for enterprise clients in our B2B2C channel. In this role, you will support both internal and external projects and deliverables to service and scale multiple enterprise accounts. You will join a team that loves healthtech, building relationships and making an impact. You’ll be instrumental in growing Everlywell’s enterprise channel, so being highly motivated, entrepreneurial and execution-oriented is a must. We are in high growth, startup mode and need someone who is willing to get their hands dirty. What You’ll Do:
● Generate and deliver on contractual reporting for enterprise accounts, driving toward
continual optimization and scale.
● Create and run marketing campaigns to service client programs.
● Monitor and continuously improve upon internal and external metrics and KPIs.
● Vet and manage vendor relationships.
● Coordinate on-time completion of complex projects with pre-defined metrics and
requirements.
● Build strong rapport with internal stakeholders.
● Upload & manipulate data, QA and ensure data quality.
● Conduct ad-hoc analyses and reporting.
● Provide general client support via email for clients, working cross-functionally to provide
information to clients.
Your Education & Experience:
● Preferred functional experience: Project Coordination, Campaign Management, Account
Management, Business Analyst
● 1-2 years experience in data collection, reporting or customer service
● Highly analytical and data driven
● Incredible attention to detail, structured thinking and organization skills
● Collaboration across functional teams to service client accounts
● Speediness, resourcefulness and responsiveness to internal & external parties on short
deadlines – ability to prioritize and act on deliverables quickly
● Collegial, high energy, and persistent personality – excellent customer service skills
● Intermediate to advanced Excel modeling required
● SQL skills preferred
● Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
● Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus
