Aspire Fertility, which is part of the Prelude Network, focuses on patient experience and clinical excellence. We provide advanced fertility options, while giving patients access to our internationally renowned medical and scientific team of fertility experts.
We are looking for a Third Party Coordinator to join our team! Applicants should be excellent at multi-tasking; communication, documentation and follow-through. A Third Party Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all the activities surrounding patient cases that will involve a third party (Donor Management, Recipient, Gestational Carrier and intended parent management; same sex reciprocal cycles; transgender patients; embryo donation program).
Activities/ Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all FDA compliance
- Chart review and calendar management
- Documentation; maintaining checklists
- Patient education and communication
- Coordinating the involved parties with one another and clinical teams
- LVN or RN is preferred
