Job description

The role

We’re looking to hire a Community Operations Manager to work in our London HQ (Holborn). You’ll be a key member of our team and will manage our community operations as we scale our product. You’ll be reporting directly to our Head of Product, and working day-to-day with our moderation, support and product teams.

What You’ll Do

Respond to user queries and feedback about the app providing friendly and efficient customer support. You’ll be responsible for investigating any reports and take appropriate action when needed.

Communicate feedback from our community to the wider team and act as a voice for our community.

Work with the product and development team to increase the efficiency of support processes where possible.

Pro-actively influence Peanut’s policies and stay up-to-date with movements that may impact our community.

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in community support, moderation or a similar role.
  • Agile in nature, a love for working in startups and adapting quickly to change.
  • Self starting, able to identify problems quickly and act upon them without direction.
  • Empathetic, you care for our users, understand their issues and effectively dissolve tensions.
