Job description
Mission:
Be a real support for the product development and production monitoring department. Optimizing exchanges between all services and suppliers with the aim of delivering new products in 4 months without making any concessions on the quality and identity of FEMPO.
Outcomes (to get there you will have to):
- Within 3 weeks of your arrival: Have actively participated in the structuring of the launch process, production monitoring and supply. Have clean all the technical files of the new collection.
- After 2 months: Have participated in the implementation of solid monitoring / quality control: materials, clothing, packaging
- All throughout your internship: Be in touch with all the suppliers to validate the production launches, follow the progress of the production and guarantee the supply of finished products in Paris.
- Hold a weekly update with your manager on ETD / ETA, production problems / solutions.
- Take charge of the quarterly benchmark by recording prices on the web and in the field.
- Guarantee the proper maintenance of a supply binder for supplies, materials, references and prices.
On a daily basis you will:
- Be in permanent contact with our suppliers and ensure the delivery of finished products to Paris: from development to delivery.
- Manage production problems and find effective solutions to remedy them.
- Follow the development of our products and leave nothing to chance (labeling, colors, quality of materials, etc.).
- Take the measurements of our prototypes and attend the fittings with our models.
- Communicate with all the company’s departments by communicating on deadlines and progress (development of new products and restocking).
- Propose product improvements (textile innovations, quality of supplies, feedback from the field observed by the “FEMPO CARE” service, etc.).
- Participate in trade shows and meet our suppliers.

- You like to be master of time and you are not afraid to run so as not to lose half a day, 2 hours or 1 hour of work.
- You are comfortable with Excel.
- You speak and write in English.
- You know how to keep your cool and handle emergencies.
